On a plot within the urban fabric of the Municipality of Ag.Paraskevi, a new 4-Storey Residential Building on Pilotis with Basement, Attic and Roof of a total area of ​​~3,000 sq m is being studied.

The placement of the building is done freely on the plot without blind views, connecting the two main volumes of the living spaces (apartments) with the central vertical movement core of the staircase.

The mass-plastic division of the structure and the movement of the building into the depth of the plot, unifying the rear free part with the uncovered areas of the neighboring properties, aims to achieve optimal air movement in the plot and the square and, in combination with the size and layout of the building's openings, the optimal utilization of sunlight, providing thermal comfort to the users of the residences.

The natural terrain of the plot has a large elevation difference, therefore the uncovered area is formed in levels in a way to avoid the runoff of rainwater towards the street. The water is filtered into the soil, helping the development of the green planting zone.

The bioclimatic design, using renewable energy sources, solar thermal systems, automatic control devices for the operation of the electrical installations and the studied volume design and placement of the construction, result in a realized building of Energy Class A.

Modern Apartment Building, a percentage of which with disabled specifications and free accessibility to the common areas for auxiliary uses and relaxation of the residents.
