On the hill of Saronida, the construction of a new three-story residential building with a mezzanine or attic and swimming pools for exclusive use of the ground floor residences is being studied.

The intention of the study is for the building to follow the microscale of the volumes and the materiality of the area, creating a new apartment building with 6 independent residences, which simulates the feel of a single-family home. Stone, plaster, metal and glass surfaces are used and a Roof is added as a building crown.

The independent residences are formed in various surfaces to meet the needs of different users. In total, three ground floor and first floor maisonettes with exclusive use of the garden and private pool and independent entrance are being studied, a first floor apartment on the facade of the building with unobstructed views of the Saronic Gulf and the verdant hill and two first floor maisonettes with an attic and exclusive use of the building's terrace.

The layout of the residences is based on the privacy of each residence, creating independent courtyard embraces and large terraces in each of them. The large openings to the East, South and West and the internal patios in the living room area, extend the space outwards and diffuse natural light into the main use areas.

The building remains an apartment building, with auxiliary, storage and mechanical rooms and parking spaces in the basement. The central staircase and elevator for access to the upper floors are placed centrally, creating a recess on the north side for the placement of openings. In this way, the living spaces are developed around it, serving the movement of air throughout the structure and offering a free view of the area.
