You will receive the first images of your building (3D drawings with their respective top views) with a full explanation of each design element.

We prepare all necessary studies (topographic, architectural, static, electro-mechanical) for the issuance of the building permit; also, any additional studies may be needed as a result of the design specifications of the project (lighting study, study of the surrounding area, security study, energy study, accessibility study).
You get rid of the nightmare of a complicated bureaucratic process, since we gather and submit to the authorities all necessary documents, while at the same time we closely monitor the progress of the permit issuance and intervene with supplementary actions if needed.
In parallel, we specify the costs with high accuracy and lock the project budget… so that you will not spend even a single Euro more!
