The project concerns the design and complete reconstruction of a building built in 1976 in order to change its use from a holiday home to a permanent one and its energy upgrade.
All the interior partitions, the old wooden frames with their shutters and floors were demolished.

Installation of a new wooden nailed floor in all areas except the bathrooms and the kitchen, a 7cm thermal facade was applied. on all sides of the building and 8cm insulation on the roof, new windows and aluminum shutters were installed to ensure the safety and energy class of the new building.

All the central electricity and water supply systems were replaced and finally the surrounding area was configured with excavations and earthworks where needed and according to the design and requirements of the customer.

Ground floor: 124sqm main and auxiliary spaces.
The floor has the main storage of the building, the mechanical installations such as the central heating system with oil boiler and the central water collectors as well as the guest house of the house.

First floor: 166sqm main rooms and verandas.
Remodeling the interior layout of the floor by designing it from scratch.
Creation of two bedrooms, main bathroom, wc and open plan living room, kitchen and dining room.
